Serving the residential poolsOf the eastern valley

Whitney is an unincorporated Clark County town on the east side of the valley, home to nearly 50,000 people. We run weekly maintenance routes through the area, helping owners keep their pools balanced and ready.

With a local Town Advisory Board and established neighborhoods, Whitney has a mix of older and newer pools. We assess your equipment and water, recommending repairs only when age or repeated failures make a fix poor value.

Our shop is located in Las Vegas, but our marked white trucks are in Whitney every week. We send a detailed report after every visit so you see the chemical readings and tasks completed.

How the eastern valleyChallenges pool equipment

Whitney faces the standard Southern Nevada climate, requiring regular adjustments to chemistry and equipment.

  • Hard water scale

Tap water in the valley is very hard at 280 ppm. As the water evaporates, calcium builds up on the tile line and inside the heater.

  • Summer heat and evaporation

A typical Southern Nevada pool can lose nearly 23,000 gallons of water a year to evaporation, which concentrates the calcium left behind.

  • Monsoon debris

July and August winds blow dust and leaves into Whitney pools. We clear the baskets, remove the debris and rebalance the chemistry.

  • Salt cell buildup

High calcium levels cause scale to form on salt chlorine generators. We inspect the cell every three months on salt pools.

Whitney pool service questions

All Questions
What day will you clean my Whitney pool?

We assign a set weekly service day when you sign up. We also send the same technician whenever the route allows so they get to know your pool.

Do I need to be home for the service?

No, our technicians just need safe gate access and the dogs secured before the service day. We close and latch the gates behind us when we leave.

Can you fix a leak at my equipment pad?

Yes, we repair equipment-pad plumbing leaks, as well as leaks at the skimmer and light. Underground line repairs beyond the deck are referred to a specialist.
