Pool service acrossHenderson's first master plan

Green Valley is a Henderson master plan where American Nevada broke ground on 7,100 acres in 1978. We service pools throughout the area, from the older neighborhoods to the homes in Green Valley Ranch.

Henderson water and pool rules apply here: the city delivers water from the Southern Nevada Water Authority, and new single-family pools, spas and hot tubs permitted since September 19, 2022 are limited to 600 square feet combined. Valley tap water is very hard, so we test and balance the chemistry on every visit.

Our technicians hold the CPO certification and arrive in marked white trucks. We send an emailed visit report after every weekly stop, complete with water readings, a checklist of tasks and a photo of the pool.

Green Valley pools experience the same hard water and hot summers as the rest of Henderson.

  • Hard water scale

    The tap water is very hard at 280 ppm. As evaporation takes the water, calcium builds up on the tile line and inside the heater.

  • Summer heat and evaporation

    Heat accelerates evaporation, and topping up the pool adds more calcium.

  • Monsoon debris

    Summer storms bring strong winds that drop dust into Green Valley pools. We remove the heavy debris, clear baskets and correct the chemistry.

  • Salt cell buildup

    The hard water scales salt chlorine generators. We inspect the cell every three months and clean it when scale is present.

Yes, Green Valley and Green Valley Ranch are on our regular maintenance routes. We assign a set weekly service day when you enroll.

What is the 600 square foot pool rule?

Since September 19, 2022, the City of Henderson restricts new single-family pool, spa and hot tub water surface areas to a maximum of 600 square feet combined.

How do you handle a repair?

For an $85 diagnostic visit, our technician finds the problem, explains what failed and writes an estimate. The fee is credited toward the repair if you approve it within 30 days.
