Routine pool careIn the southwest valley

Mountain’s Edge is a 3,500-acre master-planned community in the southwest valley. We serve homes across the area, running weekly maintenance routes from the neighborhoods near Exploration Peak Park to the rest of unincorporated Enterprise.

Our technicians test the water, add routine chemicals and look over the equipment pad for leaks, noises or error codes on every visit.

We send an emailed report after every visit with a photo of the pool and the chemical readings. If your pump or heater fails, our repair team diagnoses the issue and provides a written estimate before making the fix.

How the local climateTests your pool equipment

Mountain's Edge pools face hot summers and very hard water, requiring regular chemical adjustments.

  • Hard water scale

The valley's tap water carries 280 ppm total hardness. As water evaporates, the calcium is left behind to form scale on the tile line.

  • Summer heat and evaporation

A typical pool can lose up to 22,842 gallons of water a year to evaporation. Topping it up adds more calcium, which must be managed.

  • Monsoon debris

July and August monsoons drop heavy dust and leaves into southwest valley pools. We remove the debris and rebalance the water.

  • Salt cell buildup

The high calcium levels scale salt cells. We inspect the salt cell every three months and clean it when scale appears.
