Weekly maintenance and repairs forHOA pools and spas

Homeowner associations need consistent water chemistry and functional equipment. We handle the routine maintenance and the chemical logs kept for the facility for permitted neighborhood pools.

  • Registered with Health District
  • CPO certified technicians

What community facilitiesRequire from a pool company

Pool companies serving permitted aquatic facilities must be registered with the Southern Nevada Health District. Qualified operators hold a national pool operator certification. Our technicians are CPO certified, helping maintain your neighborhood pool and managing the logs kept for the facility.

The high bather load in community pools stresses pumps, filters and heaters. Our technicians monitor equipment during every visit, clearing baskets and checking for leaks. If a pump fails, we send a written estimate so your board can approve the repair before we start work.

Community pool service questions

All Questions
Do you maintain the required chemical logs?

We test the free chlorine, pH and total alkalinity, and record the results during our scheduled visits. These are the chemical logs kept for the facility, which are required for permitted pools by the Southern Nevada Health District.

Are your technicians certified operators?

Every technician on our commercial routes holds the Certified Pool & Spa Operator certification. Kingfisher pays for this course so our technicians are prepared to care for your neighborhood pool.

How do you handle equipment repairs?

If we notice a leaking pump or failing heater, we submit a written estimate detailing the needed parts and labor. We wait for your board or property manager to approve the work before proceeding.
