Our company history andHow we run our routes
Owner Rosa Delgado grew up in Las Vegas and spent ten years working as a pool technician. She cleaned residential routes and repaired pumps, filters and heaters before deciding to run a company the way she thought it should be run.
She started with one truck and twenty pools on a weekly Henderson route. Her goal was to document every visit so owners knew what was done, and to explain every repair before anyone paid for it.
Now the company has sixteen technicians serving weekly routes and handling repairs. Rosa still reviews every repair estimate over $1,000 to maintain the standards she set on her first route.

How we handleYour pool service
Written estimates
We provide a written estimate before any repair or renovation begins. Nothing extra is done without your approval.
Diagnose before replacing
We explain what failed and recommend replacement only when parts availability or repeated failures make repair poor value.
Gates and pets
We close and latch gates behind us. Pets stay where you left them when you secure dogs before the service day.
Set service day
You receive a set weekly service day. We send the same technician whenever the route schedule allows.
CPO certification
We pay for every technician to complete the Certified Pool & Spa Operator course.
Emailed visit report
After every weekly visit, we email a report with water readings, chemicals added and a photo of your pool.
Our standards forProperty care
We follow set practices to protect your property and keep your backyard secure during our visits.
- Every technician is background-checked before hire.
- Technicians arrive in uniform navy shirts.
- We drive marked white company trucks.
- We secure gates behind us when we enter and leave.
- Customers secure their dogs before the service day.
- If we miss a checklist item, call within 48 hours and we return to fix it.

Every technician on our team holds the national Certified Pool & Spa Operator certification.

Giving back toThe Las Vegas valley
Each May before the swim season begins, our team hosts a free water safety morning in partnership with a local swim school.
We also provide free summer pool service for two community centers to help keep their aquatic programs running.
