Jordan has been running our weekly route for six months now. I really appreciate the visit report email that arrives after every cleaning because it shows a photo of the pool and lists exactly what chemicals were added.

We bought a house with a swamp in the backyard. Mei gave us a written estimate for the green pool cleanup and treated the algae over several visits. She brushed the walls and kept the filter clean until the water was clear again.

Our main pump started making a loud humming noise and stopped moving water. Luis came out to diagnose the issue and explained that the motor had failed. When we approved the replacement, the diagnostic fee was credited to the final bill.

The gas heater would not ignite. Danny inspected the control board, safely shut off the gas, and gave us a written estimate before doing any work. The diagnostic fee was fully credited to the repair.

Kingfisher does a drain, clean and refill on our detached hot tub every four months. Carla checks the spa equipment and makes sure the side gate is securely latched behind her when she leaves so our dogs are safe.

My old filter was leaking from a crack in the bottom half. Jordan explained the repair versus replacement costs and showed me why a patch would not hold. I appreciated that they recommended replacement based on the damage, not just its age.

Frequently asked questions
All QuestionsWhat types of pool services do you offer?
We provide weekly cleaning, water testing, and equipment repairs for residential and commercial pools. We also offer one-time services like green pool cleanups and acid washes.
Do you service both pools and hot tubs?
Yes, we maintain and repair both backyard pools and hot tubs. Attached spas can be added to your weekly pool route, and we quote detached hot tubs separately.
How do you decide between repair and replacement?
Our technicians explain what failed and what the repair costs compared to a new unit. We recommend replacement when parts availability or repeated failures make repairs poor value.
Can I hire you for just one cleaning visit?
We offer a one-time full cleaning visit to prepare your pool for guests or a home sale. This is priced after we look at the pool or review your photos.
Do you handle commercial pool maintenance?
We service HOA, apartment, hotel and gym pools across the valley. Our commercial technicians hold the CPO certification and Kingfisher is registered with the Southern Nevada Health District.
Are estimates provided before work begins?
You receive a written estimate before any repair, one-time service or renovation starts. We do not proceed with any extra work without your approval.
