What falls outsideYour standard weekly rate

Certain services and treatments fall outside the weekly maintenance rate.

Billed separately

We quote and bill separately for specialty chemicals, such as algaecide, phosphate remover and stain treatments. Cartridge and DE filter cleanings are also billed separately unless you choose the Full Care Plus plan.

What no plan covers

No maintenance plan covers equipment repairs, replacement parts, leak diagnosis or major chemical corrections like partial draining for high cyanuric acid. We also bill separately for heavy debris removal after monsoon storms and green pool cleanups.

How to startYour weekly pool route

Starting weekly service takes four steps.

  1. Request a quote

Send us your property details and we will return a written estimate for your selected plan.

  2. Confirm details

We review your pool size, equipment and location to confirm our route covers your neighborhood.

  3. First assessment visit

A technician visits to test the water, check the filter and look over the equipment pad before service begins.

  4. Recurring service day

Your pool goes on the schedule for a set weekly day with the same technician whenever the route allows.

Weekly maintenance questions

All Questions
Do I need to be home for the weekly service?

You do not need to be home. Our technicians only need safe gate access, the equipment pad to be reachable, and any dogs secured before the service day begins.

What happens if a monsoon storm hits on my service day?

If high winds or lightning force us to postpone a visit, we make it up during the same week. Removing heavy dust and debris after a storm is billed separately from standard service.

Are all pool chemicals included in the monthly price?

Routine chemicals like liquid chlorine, tablets, acid and stabilizer are included as the water readings call for them. Specialty chemicals like algaecide or phosphate removers are billed separately.

Can you service a pool with high cyanuric acid?

High cyanuric acid makes chlorine work more slowly. If your stabilizer level is too high, we recommend a partial drain and refill to correct it, which is billed as a separate service.

What if my pool equipment needs a repair?

If a technician notices an issue during the route, we note it on your visit report. We provide a written estimate for the repair, and we never do extra work without your approval.
