What changes for a facility
Commercial pools often require several visits a week due to higher bather loads. We maintain written chemical logs for the facility. We do not replace the facility’s own qualified operator duties unless we are contracted to do so.
How to start the transition
The first step is scheduling a facility assessment. We evaluate the equipment and bather load to propose a service schedule.
Commercial service questions
All QuestionsDo you provide service logs for health inspectors?
Yes, our technicians fill out the chemical logs kept for the facility at every visit, and Kingfisher is registered with the Southern Nevada Health District.
Can you service the pool every day?
We schedule visits several times a week based on what the facility needs. The frequency is detailed in your written proposal after the initial assessment.
Are you licensed for commercial pump repairs?
Yes, our NSCB A-10 and A-10e license classifications cover the repair and replacement of pool and spa equipment, including commercial pumps, filters, and heaters.
Do you act as our qualified operator?
We perform the maintenance, but we do not automatically assume the facility’s own qualified operator duties under the health district rules unless that is specifically written into our contract.
Can you fix a leak at the equipment pad?
Our repair technicians can fix plumbing leaks at the equipment pad. If a leak is underground or involves the structural shell, we will refer you to a specialist contractor.
