Keeping the water clearIn the northwest valley

Centennial Hills spans about 56 square miles in the northwest valley, from Moccasin Road down to Cheyenne Avenue. We run regular pool maintenance routes through these neighborhoods, keeping the water balanced and the equipment in good order.

With large lots in the Rural Neighborhood Preservation areas, the area has pools of many sizes. Full Care covers pools up to about 20,000 gallons, and larger pools are quoted.

Our technicians are CPO certified and background-checked. We email a full report after every visit with a photo of the pool, water readings and notes on any equipment observations.

How the local climateAffects your pool equipment

Centennial Hills pools face the same extreme temperatures and hard water as the rest of the valley.

  • Hard water scale

The tap water carries 280 ppm total hardness. Evaporation leaves the calcium behind, forming scale on the tile and inside the equipment.

  • Summer heat and evaporation

July brings an average high of 104.5 degrees, accelerating evaporation. Adding water raises the calcium level, requiring chemical adjustments.

  • Monsoon debris

Summer storms bring high winds that drop dust into northwest valley pools. We clear the heavy debris and rebalance the water.

  • Salt cell buildup

Calcium scales salt cells in our hard water. We check the cell every three months and clean it when scale appears.
