Rosa Delgado founded Kingfisher to run a pool route with every visit written down and every repair explained clearly. We rely on thorough documentation, taking photos and sending visit reports so the homeowner knows what we did.
We believe in supporting our team with the right training. Every technician holds the Certified Pool & Spa Operator certification, and we cover the cost of the course. We provide the trucks and uniforms you need to perform your duties safely.

Pool Service Technician
Manage a weekly route maintaining residential pools and spas. You will balance water chemistry, clean filters, and email visit reports.
Pool Repair Technician
Diagnose and fix pool pumps, heaters, and salt cells. You will provide written estimates and explain the failed parts to homeowners.
Apprentice Pool Technician
Learn the pool industry alongside experienced technicians. We train you on water chemistry and equipment maintenance from the ground up.
