Daily maintenance and logs forHotel and motel pools

Lodging facilities rely on their pools to attract guests. We use CPO certified technicians, hold Southern Nevada Health District registration and manage the chemical logs kept for the facility.

  • CPO certified technicians

What hospitality propertiesDemand from pool services

Hotel pools face heavy sunscreen, body oils and constant use. This high demand calls for regular water testing and chemical additions. We test free chlorine and pH every visit, and check cyanuric acid and calcium hardness monthly.

The CDC notes that hot tubs should not exceed 104°F and need at least 3 ppm free chlorine. We check your spa temperatures, adjust the chemistry and document the results. When equipment breaks, we provide a written estimate and repair the parts once approved.
