Southern Highlands is a 2,750-acre master-planned community southwest of the Strip. We service pools throughout the area, from the custom homes in The Estates to neighborhoods near Goett Family Park.

The community falls within unincorporated Enterprise, where Clark County permits apply. We run regular weekly routes here, testing the water and checking the filter pressure on every visit.

When something breaks, our repair technicians can diagnose and fix heaters, pumps and automation systems. You receive a written estimate before any work begins, and we never suggest a replacement based on age alone.

How the desert environmentImpacts your pool water

Southern Highlands experiences the same heat and hard water as the rest of the valley, requiring consistent care.

  • Hard water scale

    Tap water is very hard at 280 ppm. Calcium remains in the pool as water evaporates, creating scale on the tile line and inside the heater.

  • Summer heat and evaporation

    Heat accelerates evaporation, and topping up the pool introduces more calcium.

  • Monsoon debris

    Summer winds blow dust into Southern Highlands pools. We clear the baskets, remove the debris and correct the water chemistry.

  • Salt cell buildup

    Hard water scales salt chlorine generators. We inspect the cell every three months and clean it when scale is found.

Do you service pools in The Estates?

Yes, we service pools throughout Southern Highlands, including the guard-gated sections. Full Care covers pools up to about 20,000 gallons, and larger custom pools are quoted.

What is included in the weekly visit?

On our Full Care plan, we skim the surface, empty baskets, brush the walls, vacuum where needed, test the water, add routine chemicals and check the filter pressure.

Do you fix pool heaters?

Yes, our technicians repair gas heaters and heat pumps from major brands. We explain what failed and provide a written estimate before starting the repair.
