Water care and repairs forApartment and condo pools
Shared residential pools require specific water management and detailed logs to stay open. We provide the maintenance and equipment repairs needed to keep your property amenities running.
- Licensed and insured
- Written estimates before repairs
What multi-family propertiesNeed from a pool vendor
Apartment complexes deal with varying bather loads. High usage lowers chlorine in the water, which can lead to algae. We schedule several visits a week where the property needs it, testing the water, adding chemicals and recording our findings.
When a pump motor fails or a filter grid tears, our repair technicians diagnose the failure and send a written estimate. Once your management team approves the work, we replace the parts to get your water circulating again.

Apartment pool care questions
All QuestionsDo you handle the Health District logs?
We perform the water tests and record the chemical levels on our scheduled days. These are the chemical logs kept for the facility, and Kingfisher is registered with the Southern Nevada Health District.
What if the heater stops working?
We charge an $85 diagnostic visit to find the cause of the failure. We then send your property manager a written estimate, and the diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair when you approve the work within 30 days.
Are your workers background checked?
Every technician goes through a background check before they are hired. They wear navy company shirts and arrive in marked white trucks, so your residents know who is working on the property.
