Yes, we email a visit report after every weekly stop. It includes the chemical readings, tasks completed, equipment observations and a photo of the pool, giving you a record that the amenity is ready.
How often should the spa be drained?
We recommend draining, cleaning and refilling a hot tub every three to four months under normal use. For vacation rentals, we can schedule spa turnovers around your busy booking periods.
What happens if the heater breaks?
A failed spa or pool heater is an urgent repair, scheduled ahead of routine work during business hours. We charge an $85 diagnostic visit to find the issue and send a written estimate. The diagnostic fee is credited in full when the repair is approved within 30 days.
