  3. Salt System Conversion in Enterprise

A sample case study of aSalt system conversion

See how we install salt cells to generate chlorine on-site. This is a sample project for our demonstration site.

How we upgraded thisEnterprise swimming pool

This sample explains the transition from liquid chlorine to a salt generator.

  1. The problem

    The problem

The homeowner wanted an alternative to adding liquid chlorine and tablet floaters. They asked for a quote to convert their existing setup to a salt pool.

  2. What we did

    What we did

We provided a written proposal and installed a new Jandy salt chlorine generator at the equipment pad. We then added salt to the level the cell maker specifies.

  3. The result

    The result

The pool now generates its own chlorine while the pump runs. Every salt pool on a plan gets a salt cell inspection every three months, and Full Care Plus includes the cell cleaning when scale is found.

More about thisSalt pool transition

A salt pool still uses chlorine, but the cell creates it from salt added to the water. These cells commonly last around three to seven years, depending on run time and water balance.

Hard Las Vegas water leaves calcium scale on salt cells over time. Regular inspections help catch this buildup early so the cell can be cleaned.
