When to replace yourPool filter tank
Filters commonly last around 10 years, depending on run time and water balance. We can replace worn cartridges or torn DE grids inside the tank, but the outer shell can eventually fail.
When a filter tank fails, the technician explains the options. We recommend replacement only when the equipment’s age, parts availability or repeated failures make a repair poor value.
We provide a written estimate before replacing a tank. Every filter we install comes with one year on installation labor plus the manufacturer’s parts warranty.
