Expanding your pool withA custom spa addition

We construct attached spas alongside new pool builds or add them to existing pools in the Las Vegas valley.

When adding a spa, we must account for local water rules. The Las Vegas Valley Water District mandates that new pools and spas permitted after September 1, 2022 share a combined surface limit of 600 square feet.

We guide you through the process, and we plan the layout and the equipment the spa needs.

Questions about spa additions

All Questions
Can you add a spa to my existing pool?

Yes, we can add a spa to an existing setup. A technician looks at the yard and equipment first, and the written proposal lists what is needed for the plumbing and heating demands.

How does the 600 square foot rule affect spas?

The local water district counts the spa’s surface area toward the total 600 square foot limit for new permits. The pool and spa combined cannot exceed this cap.

Will I need a new heater?

The written proposal covers any gas heater or heat pump the spa needs to operate.

Who pulls the building permit?

Kingfisher pulls the required permit through the city or county for your new spa addition.
