Building a custom pool requires engineering and an understanding of the local climate. We focus on small to medium projects.
Every Kingfisher design follows the Las Vegas Valley Water District rules. Pools, spas and water features permitted after September 1, 2022 are limited to 600 square feet, and ornamental fountains over 10 square feet are not allowed outdoors.
We guide you through selecting the interior finish, waterline tile and equipment. Kingfisher provides a two-year workmanship warranty on tile and finishes, and one year on equipment installation labor.
