The Henderson water supply is very hard at 280 ppm. This hard water leaves calcium scale at the tile line and on salt cells. We test the water weekly to track the balance.

Our weekly routes run through Lake Las Vegas on designated days. If your variable-speed pump stops working or your automation system shows an error, our repair technicians diagnose the problem.

Do you service vacation homes or seasonal properties?

Yes, we service pools for owners who leave the valley. We offer pool closing services to shut down the equipment and install a cover, or we maintain it year-round.

Do I need a pool cover?

A cover is not required, but the Southern Nevada Water Authority notes that a cover cuts evaporation by about 90 percent. This saves water and reduces the buildup of calcium.

How much does it cost to clean the filter?

Cartridge filter cleaning is $95, and DE filter cleaning is $115. These cleanings are included four times a year on the Full Care Plus weekly plan.
